On February 1st, the Archbishop O'Hara High School basketball teams traveled to Clinton where the boys team won 61-54 and the Lady Celtics were upset 53-50.
Fifteen of Kyle Baker's 21 game points in the O'Hara win were three-point shots. Desmond McDaniel also reached double figures with 12 points.
In the first half the Celtics were only ahead by one point 18-17 but stretched the lead to four points before entering the final quarter.
The O'Hara boys team are tied with Saint Pius X for second place in the West Central Conference with 4-2 records while Center is in first place at 5-0.
The O'Hara girls team is tied for first place with Saint Pius X with 4-2 records and Clinton is in third place with a 3-2 record.
