With O'Hara's 59-47 win over Smith-Cotton along with Warrensburg's 40-32 win over Saint Pius X, the Celtics 7-2 are guaranteed the the top place in the West Central Conference for the season.
The closest opponent is Saint Pius X with a Conference record of 5-4. Both teams have one game remaining in the Conference with the Celtics to face Center and the Warriors to meet Smith-Cotton.
The other four teams have the following records as the season draws toward a close: Smith-Cotton 4-4, Clinton 5-5, and Center 3-5 and Warrensburg 2-6
