The Archbishop O'Hara High School girls varsity basketball team registered another West Central Conference win by winning a close 41-38 game with the Warrensburg Tigers on February 8th. The Lady Celtics have a 6-2 Conference record with games with Center and Smith-Cotton yet to play. Their closest Conference rival is Saint Pius X at 5-3 who also have two games remaining in Conference play.
Alexa Williams provided the Celtics with an outstanding outside shooting show, hitting on five three-pointers of her 18 games points. It made up for the Celtics making only 4 successful free throws in 13 attempts while the Tigers were were 10 for 13.
Following the girls game, the O'Hara boys won by eleven points 56-45.
