Max Storms At KU 3200 Meter Run

At the Memorial Stadium at the University of Kansas on April 17th, in the 3200 Meter Run, Max Storms ran 9:22.74 which is his best time to date (it had been 9:25). He was fourth in the finals. The top five were: (1) Nick Happe SR, Francis Howell, 9:11, (2) Danny Thater JR, Kickapoo Nation, 9:17.29, (3) Austin Cookson SR, St. Louis University High, 9:20.65, (4) Max Storms SR, O'Hara, 9:22.74, (5) John Clohisy SR, St. Louis University High, 9:27.82 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ADDITIONAL NOTE: Max won the 1600 meter race at the Ray-Pec also. He ran it in 4:31 and beat Maksim Korlev of Harrisonville who has been one of his closest competitors this year. This is Max's best time for this distance.
