The Archbishop O'Hara High School Celtics football team could not hold on to a 9-0 first quarter lead on October 10 with the Center Yellowjackets and yielded three touchdowns to drop a 21-9 decision.
Austin Evans opened the scoring on a 61 yard pass play from Michael Briggs but the extra point kick failed. Zach Drake did add a 22 yard field goal before the second period got under way.
Tony Caldwell, who had 138 yards on 21 carries, scored Center's first TD on a five yard run. The score at the half was 9-7 when Jay Stephenson's extra point kick was good.
A three yard touchdown later by Caldwell gave the Yellowjackets their lead to which they added an insurance TD by DeMarcus Burns.
O'Hara is now 7-1 for the season. Next up for the Celtics is at Warrensburg.
