O'HARA FOOTBALL TEAM WINS 10-6

     On October 19th, the Archbishop O'Hara High School football team won a low scoring game with Warrensburg by a score of 10 - 6. 
     All of he scoring was in the first half and the game consisted of one Celtic touchdown and three field goals, two of which were by the Tigers.
     O'Hara scored on their first possession on a 6 yard pass from Michael Briggs to Hondo Percy which was followed by Zack Drakes' extra point. 
     The lone TD was set up by a long 75 yard pass play to Cardell Miller that moved the ball from O'Hara's 19 yard line to the Tigers' 6 yard line
     At the end of the first quarter, the Tigers had advanced to the 24 yard line where Andrew Whitney kicked a 41 yard field goal for a 7-3 score.
     Both Andrew Whitney and Zach Drake added additional field goals in the second quarter, Whitney's was for 27 yards and Drake's was for 34 yards.
     Neither squad posed much of a threat throughout the second half of the game.
     It was the first time O'Hara failed to score at least 12 points during the season.  It was the second time the O'Hara defense did not allow a touchdown to be scored against them.
     O'Hara' record is 3-6 and Warrensburg remained winless.
     On Monday, the O'Hara JV team won 30-0, scoring two touchdowns in the second quarter and one in each of the others, but missing on all extra point attempts.  Austin Evans scored twice while Mike Rowe, Nihkil Fenani and Brett Keys scored the other three.
