Walter Bowman to Receive Honor

    Walter Bowman, who had served as principal at Archbishop O’Hara High School for fifteen years, is being honored by being inducted into his alma mater high school' Hall of Fame.  He attended Marian Central Catholic High School in Woodstock, Illinois.
    Mr. Bowman lettered nine times in his high school career including baseball, basketball, football, and track.   He was also involved in music and theater.
     He went on to receive advanced degrees from Dartmouth and Cornell, and will be honored at Marian Central’s homecoming where he will also be celebrating his 50th class reunion.
