O'Hara Opens Baseball Season with two wins and one loss

    The Archbishop O'Hara High School baseball team started the 2013 season off with a shutout win with Raytown on March 18th.  The Celtics scored a total of nine runs in the game.
    Sophomore Michael Briggs had a first inning grand slam and senior Hondo Pearcy pitched six innings giving up only three hits.  He registered thirteen strike outs.
    Eric Sullentrup went 2 for 2 with a ground rule double and a run scoring single.
    The team lost to Oak Grove 3-1, then defeated Van Horn 9-4.
