Brother Bernard LoCoco was the first principal at Archbishop O'Hara High School and served from 1965 to 1969. Although Brother Stephen O'Malley was selected for the position in 1968 and did sign one letter to parents as principal, he declined to take on the job. Brother Richard Geimer was the principal for one year, 1969-1970. He was succeeded by Brother Timothy McNary for a few years and was followed by Brother Norbert Roseberry for nine years. Stu Bitner and Walter Bowman each were principal for fifteen years each, and the last two years the position was held by Dr. Jim Redd. Brothers Stephen O'Malley, Timothy McNary, and Norbert Roseberry have passed away.
The eighth principal is John O'Connor who succeeded Dr. Redd's two years.
