The first three teams were undefeated: Chillicothe, Monnett, and Holden. Supporting 9-1 records were the 4th, 5th, and 7th place schools: Mountain Grove, Sullivan, and Saint Genevieve. O'Hara had an 8-2 record for the regular season as did Pleasant Hill tied for 5th, and Potosi ranked 9th and Salem ranked 10th.
